Recipe: Salmon Korma on Naan
Posted on August 26th, 2010 No commentsYeah OK so this isn’t an original recipe, it’s shamelessly lifted from my Jamie Oliver’s Ministry of Food book that my sister gave me a couple of years ago. I love this recipe and make it at least once a month though, and you can vary it by swapping out the korma paste with any sort of paste – tandoori, tikka massala etc. Ingredients Half a Cucumber Lemon juice Red chilli Yoghurt Coriander 2x Naan bread 2x Salmon fillets Salt & Pepper Korma paste (e.g

Type Hinting Patch for PHP 5.3
Posted on July 2nd, 2009 No commentsThe beauty of PHP is that people can modify it to work however they want due to it’s open sourced nature… If something annoys you about the programming language itself, you can just go ahead and change it. The upside to that is that you get the features you think are missing in PHP. The downside is that your code can potentially become incompatible with everyone else, and your code becomes quite unportable.

Newborn Niece!

My sister gave birth to a beautiful new baby girl, Amelie, this morning (alas, I lack in detail at the moment as all I was given was this picture and a name…), which makes me an Uncle twice now. Isn’t she just beautiful! Hannah has this to look forward to in just a few months time… Personally, I can’t wait!
